California residents I need help with rebate lists

For those of you who own a PacHy in California how does a person a list of all the rebates, incentives, and credits available? For example, I know there is a $7,500 federal tax credit. But my dealer mentioned a rebate of $1,500 or $2,500 for installing a level 2 charger? Also I have heard some utility providers offer discounts - overwhelming to figure it all out and I am worried I am missing a discount or incentive
