Both options sound great. Specially, JuiceBox. I like the fact that it is portable and comes with a quick-charge option. From Amazon, one can get it under $600-$650.

This is tricky. Because besides MSRP, there are some fees we have to deal with when we buy cars. Like, destination fee. And there is no list for these additional costs because they vary depending on the situation.
