The Pacifica's armrest - too low or too high?

Does anyone find the armrest in the Pacifica to be at an odd height for the driver? I have read some owners are complaining of it being too low? Some owners have added foam to it to increase the height as adjusting it has not seemed to help them. One owner stated they were going to add a few inches of foam and then get it bound in leather and attached. At 60,000.00 Canadian to purchase a well equipped van I would like to be sure that the arm rest is not an issue for everyone because I have no intention of paying to increase its height.

Yes, I find the armrest in an odd position as well. I wish Pacifica had it a bit higher. However, I googled and found this solution online. You can try this too:
